Patients can register for a doctor’s appointment from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m in the following ways:

• in person,
• telephone registration at the number 12 632 59 04 or 604 607 767,
• registration through a third party.

In case it’s the patient’s first appointment at the Clinic, they should submit a declaration of choice of their primary care physician.

The registration desk is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.
