How can I fill my e-prescription? 

In order to fill your e-prescription, you need to go to a pharmacy and provide your PESEL number and the 4-digit code (possible to get by phone from a medical professional or through the e-zdrowie system). Unless specified otherwise by the doctor, these two numbers are the only two things necessary to fill the prescription, and so it can be done by a third party. You can also show the pharmacist the barcode on a phone screen, or present a printout of the prescription. 

How can I fill an e-commission for medical products? 

With the commission code and a PESEL number you need to go to the pharmacy/a medical store that has an NHF agreement and fill the e-commission.

How can I obtain a prescription for chronic medications?
