Ad Aegrotum (Latin for “to the sick”) Non-public Healthcare Center has been operating since 01.01.2001 based on a contract with the Lesser Poland Branch of the National Health Fund in Cracow (Ciemna 6, phone number: 12 298 81 00).

The Center provides free of charge medical services of the Primary Health Care for patients who are insured and registered to doctors employed in the Center.
On April 12, 2018, we received an accreditation certificate confirming the high quality of medical services we provide.

The mission of our facility is to provide health care at the highest level to every patient, whether they are sick or healthy. We operate in an atmosphere of respect, sense of security, and kindness – both in the clinic and during home visits. Our main priority is to maintain or restore the patient’s health, and we are committed to providing help based on the most up-to-date medical knowledge.Through putting a lot of effort and heart into our work, we hope to gain the patients’ recognition and to make the treatment process stress-free.
- Patient satisfaction
To ensure easy access to our Clinic, we employ an appropriate number of doctors, nurses and patient registration specialists. In addition to office appointments and home visits, we enable telephone consultations with our doctors to ensure maximal accessibility. Patients can register for medical appointments by phone, in person or through third parties. Appointments in English are also possible.
Keeping in mind the safety of patients, we work in accordance with the most up-to-date medical knowledge, guidelines of the College of Family Physicians in Poland, internal procedures and programs, and based on many years of experience. We perform our professional duties with due diligence.
In order to ensure our patients’ satisfaction, we always offer a personal, individual approach, respect, and a friendly atmosphere at every stage of contact with the patient – at the registration, doctor’s office, treatment room and vaccination point.
